Lovely friendly welcome, well kept ales, great choice and spotlessly clean (especially the toilets) walking distance from the canal too but be aware the gate at The wharf closes at 9pm

Had a couple of pints at this hub last weekend. Very pleasant experience. Wasn’t busy for a Saturday afternoon which suited us. Prices reasonable, £3.70 for a pint of Butty Bach. Room was comfortable. Will add this venue to our canal pub trail.
